During his studies in Entrepreneurship at Oregon State University, Eric's transformative expedition to Vietnam kindled a profound affection for Asian cuisine. This epiphany birthed Aji Tram, Eric's vision to infuse his hometown of Lake Oswego with the soulful essence of Asian flavors.

Teaming up with his college comrade, Adam Garside, a fellow University of Oregon alumnus and Lake Oswego local, they embarked on an unparalleled culinary venture. Together, they envisioned a dining escapade transcending cultural boundaries, melding Asian culinary heritage with a modern American twist.

At Aji Tram, each dish narrates a tale—a delicate fusion of diverse flavors meticulously curated to tantalize the palate. Eric Mann also owns Duke’s Public House and will be opening a new casual steakhouse, Mann’s on the Lake, in the lakefront building that was formerly Stickman’s.
