About Us

Welcome to Aji Tram Restaurant & Bar, where culinary passion, mixology, and dedication to customer service comes together for a unique dining experience in the heart of the Lake Grove neighborhood in Lake Oswego, OR since September of 2014. 

Crafted from a lifelong dream, Owner Eric Mann, began his culinary journey during his studies abroad at Oregon State University. Eric's expedition of Vietnam kindled a profound affection for Asian cuisine. This journey birthed the early concept of Aji Tram, Eric's vision to infuse the Pacific Northwest bounty with the flavorful essence of Asian cuisine.

Co-owner and Operator Adam Garside joined in as the yin to Erics yang, and helped form the early foundations of what has now became a staple in the Lake Oswego restaurant scene. High school pals, and lifetime friends, Eric and Adam have made a dream become reality for what a vibrant, energetic, family friendly restaurant and bar can be. 

Aji Tram has one simple approach: farm fresh, with Asian roots. We bring traditional dishes and recipes, with fun fresh execution. Please enjoy our food, drink, and hospitality!
